This experience is available Monday to Thursday in Scotland and Monday to Friday in Staffordshire. We recommend booking at least six weeks in advance.

Participant Guidelines

Minimum age is 16 to 18 depending on the spa. Both spas cater for men and women.

Duration

Spa check in and check out times vary. After checking out of the rooms, feel welcome to stay at the spa for the remainder of the day. Unless otherwise requested, treatments are carried out at anytime.

Dress Code

Bring swimwear, a tracksuit, trainers and slippers. Items such as towels and robes may be provided, depending on the spa. Details will be supplied upon booking.
