Five star premises with excellent helpful staff who were friendly but not intrusive. Excellent facilities and treatments. One outdoor cafe and terrace were in need of maintenaince and cleaning. There was some strange fungi growing from a barge board over the patio doors onto the terrace The barge board itself needed painting. The glass-topped tables on the terrace were dirty as staff did not appear to be routinely maintaining and cleaning the outside area. This was a surprise in an otherwise excellent venue.

We attended Champneys Henlow Grange Health Farm as a group of 6 and all of our individual needs were met. We all had an amazing day. All of the staff were absolutely fantastic and friendly! The grounds and spa itself are absolutely wonderful and catered for everyones needs. I'd definately recommend this spa to anyone who wants a high quality spa day in a beautiful setting with fantastic staff.

Great choice of classes at no additional cost. Treatments were brilliant and staff very friendly. Lunch was healthy with a large selection, very enjoyable. Overall a lovely day relaxing and exercising.

We had great service over the phone from Red Letter Days and booking was easy and the staff were helpful. Champneys Tring is an excellent spa and they made my birthday extra memorable. We had a lovely day out at Champneys yesterday - very relaxing experience indeed. They did get our treatments incorrect and they weren't booked for the same time which was disappointing but all round a great day out!

Champneys is an ideal gift to give for a couple/friends /family. You are greeted around 9am with fruit kebabs and hot drinks. Taken around the spa, and have the day to relax and have the treatments you have chosen. Luxury dressing gowns worn all day and slippers provided. Pool ideal all one depth and for a lazy swim. You can purchase extra treatments on arrival. Lunch buffet style included in the red letter price offers an excellent 4 courses if you wish.

My mum and I enjoyed a day at the Champneys spa for Mother's Day. We had a lovely, relaxing, pamper filled day. We enjoyed it so much that we are considering going back in the summer on an overnight break to celebrate my birthday. I would not consider it to be the best spa in the area, but it was nice for a day out.

My husband gave this to me as a Christmas present and chose to take him with me. We had the most amazing and relaxing day! The staff were so friendly and helpful. The day starts at 9am but have breakfast before you go as you are only offered tea/coffee. They have a cafe looking over the beautiful grounds though and lunch was amazing with a good selection and the rice pudding was just delicious (if offered its a must try) the treatments were good and well spaced apart so you can enjoy the facilities and classes on offer! The quiet room is so relaxing with pillow and duvet which helps you relax even more after certain treatments. We are already planning on going again!

Arrived at 9.30 and Stayed til 5.30 and had a thouroughly wonderful day. The facilities are excellent and once you find your way around it's as easy as pie. The Staff were lovely and the food plentiful and superb. Already looking to book again!
