Pamper Spa Day

Felt very special on the day. The massage made me feel very relaxed. Could use the facilities of the spa all day which made the whole day very worthwhile and certainly worth the money. Thank you.

Balmoral Spa was a truly exceptional, 5 star experience from the moment I entered this most regal setting. The spa was perfect for both relaxing and energising, the staff were very friendly and the facilities were second to none. I will definitely book again in the future! Thank you Red Letter Days, you have well and truly re-charged my batteries!

A lovely day, beautiful settings and excellent service. I had never experienced a spa day before and can certainly see this becoming a regular occurance in my life!

If anyone wants to know how the famous relax, then just try to have a pamper day, it's something that you will not forget.

From the moment my daughter and I stepped into the building we were looked after by extremely friendly and courteous staff at Alexander House/Utopia Spa, and given a drink and pastries whilst we completed our form. We chose to relax whilst waiting for our first treatment, after which we had an excellent lunch. After lunch it was time to sample the delights of the swimming pool and various invigorating pools, before our next two treatments. The therapists and treatments were very good, again with very friendly and efficient staff. Will certainly go back again and thoroughly recommend the venue.

I had a wonderful time at the Balmoral Spa in Edinburgh, everyone was so friendly and helpful, I would recommend this spa to everyone. I had full use of the pool, sauna, steam room and gym plus there were complementary drinks all day. I had the 2 mini treatments (massage and facial) that where amazing, would love to go back.

This was a wonderful day, leaving me relaxed, rejuvenated and feeling great. From start to finish the staff looked after my every need. The spa was beautiful and the treatments excellent. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Even the sun made an appearance!

I expected that the Wildmoor Spa Pamper Day was going to be great but it was much better than that. The whole experience was wonderful from start to finish, and I would recommend it without hesitation.

The staff at Citypoint were really welcoming. Katie did treatments for all of us and was great ... chatted away to Mum and made me and my sisters feel really relaxed. The spa itself is like stepping into another world. The blackberry is imprisoned in locker and it is amazing how the time passes without you thinking of anything but the time of your next treatment.

The facilities and surroundings at Champneys Tring are of such a high quality that it is hard not to feel comfortable and find peace if that is what you require. Staff were very attentive and helpful without being ever present and there were so many activities and treatments on offer that the choice was almost overwhelming! The lunch selection was just right and of a very high quality. All the 'wet areas' were maintained to a very high level of cleanliness and upkeep. I came away feeling very calm and relaxed and will definitely return! What a tonic.

From the moment I walked through the door of this hotel, I was made to feel like I was an important person to them. The Spa Reception staff were friendly and so professional, you had no doubt it was going to be a good day. I had the same therapist all day and I have to say, she was superb and I would ask for her by name when I go back ... which I will most definitely will be doing! The lunch was not just delicious but was presented in style, I really felt like I was being given a 5 star treatment. A great way to spend a real pampered day, coming home after as if you had had an experience of a lifetime!!

My friend treated me to a spa day at Champneys Forest Mere and we had a wonderful day with just the right amount of individual pampering treatments and time catching up with each other in the pool, whirlpool, sauna, restaurant and browsing the very tempting boutique and shop. We are both working mums to young children and it was simply heavenly to have a day to ourselves to have our stresses and strains massaged and cleansed away. We both said as we left it felt like we had been in a retreat for a week, not just the day.

Great facilities including pool, jacuzzi, sauna and wonderfully equipped gym. Friendly and helpful staff where nothing was too much bother. Massage was amazingly relaxing whilst the relaxation room with massage chairs is truly unforgettable. Would recommend to anyone! Great!

From the moment we arrived at the Utopia Spa we were treated like VIPs. We were offered tea or coffee and pastries, which were delicious, then we were given a tour of the Spa where everything was explained to us and given a timetable of our treatments for the day. The lunch was a delight and the surroundings perfect. The treatments in the afternoon were very relaxing and we really felt pampered, which was of course the point to the day. When we left we were already planning when we would be able to return.

My mom and I went to Wildmoor Spa in Stratford. It was a brilliant day! Neither of us had been to a spa before and this experience would definitely make us want to go again. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the lunch we had was superb - tasty AND healthy! The gym was very state of the art and made working out that bit less boring, and as for the pool area - wow! That took relaxation to a new high with hammocks, comfy beds and heat lamps which made me feel like I was on holiday. Highly recommended.

I spend a wonderful day at Champneys Henlow Grange and indulged in all that was on offer. Lots of people were in twos and threes and larger groups but I thoroughly enjoyed reading a good book between treatments and facilities and it was very therapeutic to be totally on my own - which is rare with the demands I have put on me at home! The staff were always there to make sure you had everything you needed to make the day special so thank you to them, and the treatments were amazing!

This was a present for one of my special birthdays. I had a lovely relaxing time on my own (that is a novelty). Staff and facilites were all excellent. Having the day booked in January was a gift to look forward to after the Christmas and New Year celebrations. Plan to do this again soon. Great experience for me as I never get time to myself - perhaps this is a New Year resolution for 2009.

What a brilliant day in superb surroundings. Very relaxing, no pressures, and I left feeling absolutely fabulous! The treatments were gorgeous, using luxury products which smelled great, and the spa pool was wonderful with so many different jets to reach all the places that ached and others that didn't, leaving them feeling less tense. The lunch was superb and beautifully presented. I can't wait to go again.

I have just visited Champneys Springs with my mum. This was a treat for her that she knew nothing about due to her being poorly. What an excellent choice - from the day that I made the call to book this Red Letter Day, everything went smoothly. Champneys Springs was an excellent choice, from the time we arrived to the time we left, everyone was so helpful and kind. The venue was excellent with plenty to do from just relaxing to using the gym. The beauty treatments were good and the beauticians where really nice and friendly. I wanted something special for my mum due to her previous illness and this was certainly a special day.

The setting and the facilities wwere excellent for my spa day. I have been to a number of spas but I think that the Utopia Spa ranks as one of the best. It was all tastefully furnished with the emphasis on relaxation and comfort. The staff were very efficient and friendly and couldn't do enough to please. I was impressed with the number of treatments as well as lunch in the package. All the treatments were of a high standard. I would definitely recommend it to my friends.

From the moment we were personally greeted with information and the offer of a drink in the relaxing lounge, the day could not have been better. The spa building and facilities were stunning, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean, the staff helpful and courteous, the food and drinks are delicious and our half hour treatments were perfect. It was a perfect day for us both.

The Citypoint spa was great - the atmosphere, friendly staff, great food, great swimming pool. I have never been to a spa in the city before, but I soon forgot I was in London, the stress of everyday life is forgotten as soon as you walk into reception. I would recommend the treatments to anyone who hasn't experienced them. I am planning to go again.

From beginning to end the experience was fantastic - the facilities were second to none and the staff could not have been more helpful. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our day and we left both energised and totally relaxed.

The organisation was superlative. The online booking was straight forward and the response was immediate. From the day I was given the gift card for my birthday and chose the location and date, I never had to think about a another thing. The whole experience with Red Letter Days has been first class. The Customer Services Agent at Red Letter Days was so helpful and went out of her way to arrange our pampering day at short notice. The day itself was wonderful. The facilities were luxurious, the treatments were excellent, the grounds were stunning and the food was delicious. We will be back for more.

Very relaxing, the staff were so nice and friendly and always there to help answer any questions. Felt like I was on holiday roaming around in a cosy dressing gown all day nothing to do!! I would love to go again, and again, and again. The massage and pedicure were divine, I couldn't think straight at work the next day ... that's how much I was relaxed! I also slept like a baby. Really felt like I had been away for a weekend!!! Thank you Red Letter Days and a BIG thanks to my boss Mark Hobbs who gifted me this lovely present.

Wow what a great day I had - soooo relaxing, the treatments and the spa experience is a memory I will treasure for a very long time. The staff were so attentive and friendly, the surroundings very relaxing and the food was superb. I had been feeling very depressed and this day gave me the boost I needed. I am still living on the 'buzz' and relaxation today. I would dearly love to go back there again and try other treatments so I will have to start saving some money. A really great pampering day out!

Wow, what a experience! I arrived at the Spa for my Pamper Day and was greeted by a lovely lady who gave me my timetable for the day. The back, neck and shoulder massage was sublime and my three course lunch was absolutely delicious. My personal highlight of the day was being led into the relaxation room following my massage, and being placed on a relaxation chair for 20 minutes. The chair worked on a remote control basis and kneaded your back, legs, head and feet while you leaned back - what an experience! You could hear all of the ladies giggling and laughing outside the door, it was a very interesting talking point!! I will returning for a second, third and fourth visit!!

I had a wonderful day, it was so relaxing. The staff were very helpful, clean towels were provided throughout the day. The treatments were on time and were really good. Lunch was very nice and I received great service.

I booked my spa day the day before I started my family holiday. It gave me time to relax and have some time to myself before preparing for a busy family holiday. I got some lovely pampering, with a massage and manicure, and a delicious lunch. As I went on my own, I met some very interesting people, including sports men, a mother and daughter on a treat day, and several people who were staying at Forest Mere for a holiday. I had a great time in the thalassotherapy pool, where I was massaged and pounded by salt and mineral waters - it was great fun. I also managed to fit in some relaxing and actually read a book that I had been meaning to for some time. It was a wonderful day and a lovely present to receive.

I organised the pamper spa day for my wife. She has supported me at work for the last five years and given me two great children. She has only recently returned to work, so she thoroughly deserved a break from dirty nappies, screaming kids and working hard. She enjoyed being pampered and not have to worry about the kids, thank you as that was my job for the day!

My sister treated me to the Pamper Spa day in order to celebrate my 50th birthday and we both enjoyed every minute. After a pleasant greeting and short tour of the amenities we ventured firstly into the excellent gym. This was quickly followed by an aqua pilates class which was superb. Our lunch was delicious from start to finish and set us up for a thoroughly relaxing afternoon in the pool, jacuzzi and spa facilities. The back massage which followed I have to say was the best I have every had. It was nothing short of WONDERFUL. We were also extremely fortunate as the day ended with the sun on our faces as we lay on the huge hammocks in one of the outdoor areas. We both loved the day and would like to thank the thoroughly pleasant and welcoming staff.

This was my first spa experience but certainly will not be my last! The staff were friendly and the facilities cover your every need - I did everything from having a massage to walking in the surrounding woodlands. The food was also incredible with plenty of choice and I would thoroughly recommend this on your own, with a partner or with friends. Everything you need to de-stress and unwind.

The Citypoint club was an excellent venue with very attentive and polite staff, clean and spacious and uncrowded. The massage I had as a treatment was very relaxing.

Staff were lovely, setting was great, could have just done with better facilities to lounge around and sleep more.
