The day was really good, all he staff were friendly and always ready to help if needed. My daughter and I spent quality time together and spent time talking at a level we would not normally have done. I felt by the end of the day we had grown in what I can only describe as a warm friendly relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely come again.

Rowhill Grange Utopia Spa
Me and my friend really enjoyed our spa day at Rowhill Grange. The service and facilities were fantastic and we will definitely be booking another spa day here in the future. The massage was amazing and relaxing just as we wanted and the lunch was perfect. We couldn't have asked for a better day!

Champneys Henlow Grange Health Farm
This was a prize for both myself and a work colleague. The day was spent chilling in the pool and steam room, a luxury massage and a relaxing facial. All staff met were very kind and polite and made the day more relaxing. Will definitely visit again.

Champneys Forest Mere Health Farm
My daughter and I enjoyed a wonderfully indulgent day in a delightful setting. Facilities were excellent and there was a wide range of activities to choose from. Booking the day was very easy. There was one thing that would have made the experience even better. The two treatments that were included as part of the day were each just 25 minutes long. I would have liked to have been able to extend these sessions but was told that I would need to make a request in writing at least two weeks before the day. In the end I didn't do that!

The staff were very professional and friendly. There were loads to get involved in and unlike other spas we were able to add treatments on the day. The grounds were beautiful and tranquil. The food was really good as well. I would recommend this to anyone and everyone as I could not find fault with anything.

We had a fantastic day at Champneys Tring. We had an hour long massage each included in our voucher, full use of all of the facilities and a delicious buffet lunch. The staff were very helpful and made us feel very welcome. The organisation of the resort allowed us to feel relaxed and rejuvinated, as well as offering the opportunity to take part in a range of exercise classes that were fun and run by supportive and enthusiastic members of the team. I enjoyed hula hooping and fitball and my partner spent that time getting his heart rate up in the gym. The pool facilities are lovely and clean and the supply of towels is endless! The vouchers are great value for money, especially as they include the treatments, which are given by professional, friendly and well-trained staff.

My boyfriend and I visited for the day and had the most fantastic time. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the massages were out of this world, the facilities were great and the food was delicious. I couldn't find fault with the day anywhere and would highly recommend this day. I can't wait for my next visit!

Slieve Donard Resort and Spa
Had a great day at the spa, I had a facial with my therapist aisling, she was a lovely girl and the facial was truly relaxing my husband had a back,neck message which he also enjoyed. We had a lovely lunch in the horizon bar and then spent the rest of the day in the pool,steam room and sauna. I must say we both came away feeling very relaxed. I will definitely be back. All the staff we encountered during the day were all very polite and friendly.

My friend Jan and I spent a wonderfully relaxing day swimming and chatting in the whirlpool and jacuzzi. Our treatments were fantastic: I had a facial and a pedicure. Jan had a massage and a manicure. The girls who did the treatments were friendly and professional and made the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Jan and I had a delicious lunch in the spa restaurant and a good look round the spa shop. We didn't want our spa day to end!

We had a thoroughly enjoyable day at the beautiful Champneys in Forest Mere. It is set in such peaceful grounds you relax just driving up to the building. I rang in advance to organise the treatment times as we were restricted to a late arrival and early departure due to having three children at three different schools needing dropping off and picking up! The lady on the phone made me feel like it was no trouble and everything was sorted out in advance. The pool was huge and very nicely laid out. There's a mixed sauna and then you can have a steam in your changing area. The lunch was lovely and I was allowed a second plate which went down far too easily. The massage was very good and my first ever pedicure was a real treat Thank you to Red Letter Days and Champneys for a memorable day of peace and quiet away from the usual chaos of life. My wife thoroughly deserved it and we have returned home re invigorated.

Great day out, very relaxing. Only negative is that there is not enough sun beds so it's a bit of a fight in that area. Wonderful place and nice staff though. And great facilities otherwise.

Been here several times, love it and wouldnt go to any other spa, only this time was a bit dissapointing as alot of staff were off for holidays and sickness so we couldnt book the extra treatments we wanted so we spent alot of time in the pool which was a bit boring after 2 hours. Regardless, wonderful place, very nice staff, cannot recommend enough.

From the time we arrived until the time we left the service we received was fantastic. Complimentary tea or coffee on arrival with a brief description about where everything is and treatment times etc. There were lots of people at the resort but it wasnt overcrowded and the atmosphere was still very relaxed. The facial was an incredible experience and the therapist explained what products she was using and almost tempted me to buy them all! The manicure was only 25 minutes long but really needed to be longer. Because time was limited you get a choice of nail polish or nail buff but I would have prefered to have had both. Having said this if you opt for the polish you cant use the steam room or pool afterwards for a considerable length of time, so best to have a manicure as late in the day as possible. The food was very tasty and the service in the restaurant was of a very high standard. My friend and I both enjoyed ourselves immensely and have booked to visit again next year.

Fantastic service from the minute we arrived. We had a head and back massage booked in our package which was wonderful. The spa faciliites are brilliant could not have asked for a more relaxing day.

During the day we were looked after really well by the staff. The spas facilities are first rate and we simply had trouble fitting everything in ..(we missed out the gym)..loads to enjoy and relaxing is the key we were well chilled on our drive home. First rate & we'd certainly go back again....great tonic.
