Deluxe Spa Day

I couldn't be more grateful for the honest and knowledgeable advice given to me about choosing my Red Letter Spa Day, especially to suit all my requirements. I would recommend Red Letter Days to all my friends and family. It has been a pleasure dealing with you and I will certainly be back when I can afford it!!

As this was my first ever pamper day I did not know what to expect. However, the service was excellent, in particular the masseurs who conducted the back and facial treatments. The kind lady who gave me a makeover listened to all my problems with respect to organising my wedding (poor thing)! I was well received and would recommend Champney Springs Health farm to all my friends and family.

Amazing day at Balmoral Spa and fantastic therapist who pampered me head to toe, felt so relaxed unwinding in the chill out room sipping herbal tea and listening to a CD of crashing waves. All this pampering was wonderful and made even more special with the lovely lunch in Hadrians restaurant where I was treated like Royalty. I felt like a Queen for the day.

I received the deluxe spa day from my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. I was a bit apprehensive to go alone, but I needn't have been. The Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh was fantastic. I was made to feel so welcome and was pampered and treated like a princess from the moment I entered to the moment I left. The treatments I received were fantastic. Lunch at the restaurant was included in my package and was fantastic. I'd definitely go back, and would definitely recommend this experience to anyone.

The spa day at the Balmoral Hotel in Edinburgh was a great day, full of wonderful 'me time' with no interruptions or other demands on my time. It's the kind of treat that mums with a full-time job rarely find time for and this gift just says 'thank you' like no other.

I shared this day with my two daughters and we all had a wonderful time. I would recommend it. I enjoyed unwinding, whilst my daughters enjoyed the more energetic aspects of the day.

A really nice treat! The staff at the City Point club were really helpful and friendly and the treatments and facilities were top notch. The relaxation room was amazing! It would have been nice to have the flexibility of choosing when I wanted the treatments, but apart from that I really enjoyed the day and didn't want to leave! I felt really calm, relaxed and felt that I got away from it all, which is just what I was needing. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a spa day in London.

This treat was a Christmas present and I've been looking forward to it since I opened it! From the moment I walked in to the moment I left, I felt utterly pampered. There weren't too may people there either which is always a bonus. I got 3 treatments in my package, a neck, back and shoulder massgage (bliss!), a facial (fantastic!) and a manicure (brilliant!) - I think you can gather I thoroughly enjoyed my day - my only complaint - there wasn't enough time!

The whole day was a totally new experience for me, I don't usually do things for myself, but I have to say it is a day I would love to repeat, and will! Thank you.

From the moment of welcome on arrival at reception I felt so special because I felt that my every comfort was considered and that everyone around wanted me to enjoy my day exclusively! The facilities were excellent and by far the best I have ever experienced - so clean and restful with every comfort in place and the smallest of details pre empted such as cotton wool buds, all hair and shower products! I only really needed gym clothes and a hair brush!! The restaurant food was delicious and the service was excellent too. I felt wonderful by the time I left but sad that the day was over because for the first time in a long time I felt so special and that made me so very happy.

I can't think of a better way to unwind! From the moment I arrived I was made to feel special. Wonderful facilities, friendly, knowledgable staff and heavenly treatments. Lunch in the hotel's glamorous restaurant topped off a wonderful day. I left feeling thoroughly pampered and polished - hope to return!

From the very moment you walk into Citypoint spa, you know you have made the right choice and you are going to be treated to a wonderful day. You are greeted at reception and given your pre-booked treatment timetable and complimentary slippers. Next you go through to the restaurant area for a complimentary drink while you select your lunch. One of the team then shows you around the gym and spa areas. Everything is top of the range and I couldn't wait to get started! I first headed to the spa.There is a surprisingly large pool with a Jacuzzi, a steam room, a sauna and my favourite, the relaxation room. For someone like me who has a toddler and works full-time, this room was my idea of bliss. It has a huge fish tank in the darkened room with leather loungers and duvets. It's the perfect place to snooze after your message, or post lunch. The treatments were all lovely and very professional. Definitely a top day!

Very friendly and helpful staff made all the treatments seem as if I was the only person there. Can't wait to do it again.

I have nothing but praise for all the staff at the spa and in the restaurant where I had my lunch. The service was top-notch, the facilities excellent, and the whole experience extremely enjoyable. It really was a deluxe day in every way.

Had some lovely treatments, would recommend the palmistry. Nice staff, lovely lunch and a good day out.
