A gorgeous venue with the focus on relaxation, health and wellbeing. The treatments included in this package were great and you can upgrade to longer sessions e.g. a 50 minute massage for a small fee. I feel like a new woman!

I desperately needed a day of rest and relaxation and pampering. So I chose the Deluxe Spa Day at Champneys Springs Health Farm. It was exactly what I was looking for. I was a bit apprehensive to start with as I went by myself and was worried that I would feel out of place and bored. But it was a wonderful experience. All the staff were really friendly and helpful and made me feel so comfortable. All the treatments were great and did exactly what they were supposed to - relax and pamper! It was the perfect day and it went so quickly. The only downside was that I had to go home afterwards. Red Letter Days made it easy to both book and rearrange. Thank you for a great day!

I had a wonderful day at Champneys, the whole experience was great and I was thoroughly relaxed - had the best sleep ever that night. The staff were so friendly, helpful and polite, the facilities were excellent and and the treatments I had were great. I will certainly be going there for another spa day or even a few days.

As soon as you arrive at Titanic Spa you feel relaxed. The staff are friendly and helpful and you are soon in your cosy brown robe. The facilities are excellent, the treatments were relaxing and rejuvenating. My favourite place was the Relaxation Room - you could hear a few snores (probably mine included!!) The healthy buffet lunch, which was included in the price, was also excellent - extremely tasty. But the best was the "not so healthy" afternoon tea!!! Gorgeous! We even dipped our feet in the tank of garufa fish! They were cute!

There was a slight mixup with our booking as one of the treatments had been missed off our schedule. However this was soon put right with no fuss. A morning spent relaxing in the whirlpool and hopping in and out of the sauna and steam room followed by a facial and massage. Then a lovely 3 course lunch followed by a lie down in the relaxation room and a pedicure before going home. Staff all very friendly and polite. Would highly recommend. In fact we're going back for a 2 night stay!

Titanic Spa
Had a great time despite being apprehensive about visiting the spa on my own.The welcome from the Reception staff was great. I was able to relax fully, read, listen to my Ipod and generally lose myself in the day. Visited the gym first of all for a 30 minute rowing session and weights workout, then had a facial followed by a wonderful back and neck massage. After a delicious lunch I enjoyed a body scrub and finished off with a relaxing swim and time in the hydrotherapy area. Spent a great day on my own and felt chilled and relaxed for days afterwards. I couldn't believe how tired I was when I got home - I guess it was all that relaxing that did it!

Extremely relaxing day full of peace, tranquility and pampering treatments. The staff were very professional, respectful and did all they could to help you enjoy your stay. I just wish I could have stayed longer and had the finances to extend all my treatments to last longer - 25 minutes just is not long enough! Would recommend everyone to at least visit for a day - there is something for everyone - activity, quiet time, indoors and outdoors - not to mention fabulous food and grounds. Enjoy!

The Balmoral Spa
My spa day at the Balmoral could not have been better. Everything was more than I expected and I would not hesitate to recommend the experience to my friends. Many thanks to the staff at the spa for making my day unforgettable.

On arrival the staff were very accommodating and assisted me in fitting the treatments into the time frame I had. Throughout the day the staff were happy and smiling. The treatments were carried out expertly. The therapists were very well trained and showed experience and a willingness to please. Nice lunch, but 5GBP for two pots of tea was rather unexpected!

Everything about this day was perfect - the staff were fantastic. Often on these types of days I feel like you get left to find your own way round and aren't really sure what to do, not here though. There was always someone on hand if you needed them and everything was explained properly so you knew where you had to be and when. The treatments were amazing, the facilities were fantastic and the juice, water, tea and coffee to help yourself to at any point was a great touch. The changing rooms were lovely, as were the pool, sauna etc and everywhere was really clean. By far the best spa day I've ever been on.

Champneys looked beautiful in the snow. This was a Christmas present I was using up from last year! I went with a friend who was already a member of Champneys. I had a 55 min treatment of a back massage and facial. The therapist was great and the massage was relaxing. Lunch was included and the food was lovely, including salads if you wanted to lasagne if you wanted to forget about your food intake for one day. I had a delightful conversation with Frank Bruno in a sauna and saw Ian Wright and one of the characters from The Bill. The sauna area is lovely and hot in the summer as it overlooks the gardens and has a great expanse of glass to view the world from but it was a little to cold to sit on the loungers here as it didn't seem to be heated. I had a pedicure that was included and again the therapist was great. The hot chocolate and banana cake from the cafe were lovely. All in all a lovely day.
No Other Way To Relax Like It... Loved It.

Champney's Forest Mere is like a haven of relatation, peace and tranquility. The spa treatments are fantastic, staff couldnt be more helpful and food is superb - not only healthy and low fat but delicious as well. There is a huge variety of classes on offer to suit all fitness levels and ages which was great for my party and the instructors are bursting with energy and very motivational. The day was great and I'm saving already for a weekend break, can't wait...

What a fantastic day! We had a lovely welcome, fantastic service. The treatments were gorgeous and the staff were friendly and professional. The package included a facial, massage and pedicure and was just right for the day. We used all the facilities and were very relaxed after the full day. Lunch was fantastic - healthy but tasty!!! The booking went smoothly - Sarah at Red Letter Days made me feel secure that the booking was handled professionally and she was friendly and informative. The whole experience was a dream!!

I've done spa days before and this time I took my husband for some much needed pampering. As soon as we walked through the door we were greeted by a lovely receptionist who ran through everything with us and then directed us to start our day of R and R. The whole day as a package couldn't have been better, the therapists were friendly, professional and really good fun and the food at lunchtime was outstanding. We achieved what we had gone there for, a whole day of self indulgence! Would we go again ? That's a definite yes from both of us.

As this was my first ever pamper day I did not know what to expect. However, the service was excellent, in particular the masseurs who conducted the back and facial treatments. The kind lady who gave me a makeover listened to all my problems with respect to organising my wedding (poor thing)! I was well received and would recommend Champney Springs Health farm to all my friends and family.
