Scuba Diving with Sharks
I had a great time swimming with sharks at the Blue Planet Aquarium. The staff were friendly, accommodating and above all patient! I was particularly impressed (and delighted!) when I was told that a member of staff would be happy to take pictures for me because I didn't have any spectators. It was very thoughtful and kind and I now have some fabulous photos to show everyone! A great experience, would recommend.

Scuba Diving with Sharks
I got this for my Husband's 50th birthday at his request. He says it is something he has always wanted to do, and now he's done it he wished he had done it years ago because it was fantastic, and he will be taking more scuba diving training at our nearset diving centre. He would recommend this to anyone that likes swimming and enjoys being under the water.

The dive was awesome, the trainers wonderfully patient and good at putting us at ease since we were all a little nervous! The sharks and other fish were beautiful and putting my hand against the glass in the tank 3m down while my 5yr old son put his on the other side in the walkway will stay with me forever!

Great experience, from the briefing and scuba training to the dive itself, everything was enthusiastically explained and demonstrated by people who obviously love what they do. A few pre dive nerves soon vanished once under water and watching the sharks glide by only a few inches above our heads was amazing. Also giving the smaller fish "sand baths" to help keep them clean was fun - they seemed very appreciative and kept coming back for more. Overall a very memorable few hours.

Outstanding experience where I got to get 'up close and personal' (within inches!!!) with the sharks, sting-rays, trigger fish, jack crevalles and lots of other marine life. I even got to 'massage' a couple of the bigger fish by sprinkling sand over them. The whole day was truly amazing. I can't thank all the staff at The Blue Planet Aquarium enough, they were fantastic and really looked after me and my specatator throughout the day and I would highly recommend this to anyone and I would definitely do it again. Awesome day with fantastic memories that will last forever.

Scuba Diving with Sharks
I absolutely loved the whole experience, even the scuba training was fun. Swimming so close though to sharks and stingrays was an unforgettable experience and one which I think everyone should do once in their life. Normally these experiences seem to be over in a flash but the actual dive lasted for a good 30 minutes which was more than ample time to view the whole tank and see all the marine life inside. Highly recommend it to everyone.

This was one of the most fantastic times I have had. Although I was very scared the instructors were patient and let me move at my own pace. It's like being in a different world which is absolutely beautiful. The sharks were graceful and not in the least bit bothered by our intrusion in their world.

It's simply brilliant being THAT close to the sharks and other fish in the tank. Seeing your loved ones through the glass in the tunnel is a right laugh and the staff couldn't have been nicer. Would recommend it totally.

My dive with sharks was the best day ever. Before you get in the tank you'll meet the instructors and your fellow daredevils. The instructors are brilliant, they puts you at ease and help you into your dry suit, which is harder than the dive! Next you'll go into a training tank to get your equipment and then they'll check you can sink. Being very small, they had to pack me with weights so I was back heavy and kept falling over before we'd even got into the tank. I found this hilarious but laughing under water means water gets into your mask and your regulator, that's not so funny, so I hope you're not as giggly as me! When you get into the tunnel you can only see straight ahead because the mask gives you tunnel vision, so when the fishes swim in front of you, you get a surprise but not as big a surprise when someone points and you look as see a shark circling above. You follow a tunnel round and see your friends and family and wave to all the other spectators. A truly enjoyable day! 5 Stars!

What an amazing day from start to finish. The aquarium staff and the dive team were all fantastic. The day started with a brief training session and DVD and then it was into the water and on with the scuba gear for some in the water training. The instructor put you at ease and after the training was complete it was into the main tank (it's huge) with the several different types of fish, stingrays and sharks from the smaller guitar sharks to the big 5ft sand tigers. All in all it was a amazing experience. THANKS...

I bought the experience for my shark obsessed partner - he had an amazing time and as spectators we also loved the experience - all the staff at the aquarium were fab and we had an amazing day!!

I really struggled at first with the scuba diving - you don't realise how hard it is to breathe using only your mouth. Anyway, the instructors were brilliant and put me at ease. The training was excellent and as for the dive - it was absolutely amazing - the craziest but best experience ever! Bring on the sharks ha!

After doing as much preparation to get my head around diving with sharks, nothing could prepare me for what I encountered, seeing these from the outside of the glass was nothing compared to what you felt whilst waiting above them to get in there! This was one of the most exciting days of my life, and all seemed so calm, being instructed by a dedicated instructor and safety team, 2 of my opposite feelings in 1 experience (fear and confidence). This was one exhilarating day which I will remember and cherish for the rest of my life.

I had a brilliant time and it was my first dive. I was looked after very well by the divers/trainers. This experience was unbelievable - to be so close up to these big sharks, I could count their teeth!!! My family really enjoyed watching and took loads of pictures/videos. If you are thinking of going, give yourself plenty of time because there is so much to see at the venue - it would be a shame not to see all the fish there - and the otters too.

Had an amazing day! you are looked after the whole day, I felt 100% safe when in the water as you are supervised @ all times. The whole day was amazing! cant really explain it @ all, just do it! I'm doing it again for definate!
