Start off with a safety briefing then go straight out onto the 450 or 475 metre long (depending on venue) circuit track with a 12 foot high second level and a 150 foot bridge. The emphasis is very much on developing and improving your driving skills, with computerised timing encouraging your efforts all the way. Go ahead and release your inner racing driver!
