Listen to the history of chocolate as you nibble away on the refreshsments available on the table in front of you. Enjoy making and decorationg chocolate buttons and truffles with either dark or milk chocolate with the guidance of a chocolate expert.

Green & Black's Chocolate Workshop
Had a wonderful afternoon on the Green & Black's Chocolate Workshop in Holborn. Roberto our very experienced teacher explained details about chocolate beans and how they are grown and the chocolate extracted from them. Learned to temper chocolate and make truffles with lots of tasting of various chocolates in between. Learned tricks of the trade, made a huge chocolate button and truffles. A really great workshop with lots of fun and laughter. And you can take home all the truffles you make. A wonderful present for any chocoholic.

An awesome birthday prezzie for my chocolate loving friend. We experienced the chocolate, laughed loads, got covered in chocolate and took loads of chocs home with the satisfaction of having made them ourselves. Definitely worth the money.

Had a really fun day - I wasn't expecting much but I had a great day and learnt a lot about chocolate and how to appreciate it more. The teaching methods were good fun and you ended up getting a lot of chocolate! Definitely recommend it! Trainer Richard was really knowledgeable friendly and helpful!! The only downside was that there was too much chocolate - would definitely make some chocolates as present ideas.

I had a wonderful time, the teacher was both knowledgeable and funny and the day was well prepared and organised. I am a fuller person for the experience both weight wise and knowledge as we learnt great techniques for making chocolate and it was in plentiful supply!If you like chocolate, you will love this experience!

This was a birthday gift from my wife. It was a great afternoon and very well organised. I was able to bring home the truffles I had made.

I loved the history at the beginning and to find out that I could eat chocolate with more cocoa (but less sugar)and so not have as big a craving was a bonus. Then 14 grown ups got to play.
