Where do I start....... From the moment we walked in the building till the morning we walked out.... Fabulous service from one of the most attentive staff we have ever met.... Quality gastro food at dinner and breakfast, spa was just unique... Attention to detail from the view of the Lakeland fells from the spa to the actual facilities.. Amazing, we have already booked to go back again in the summer....... Thank you red letter days!!!!!
Great location, lovely homely feel to the place.only slight down side mattress was not the most comfortable.
Couldn't fault the whole experience.
From check - in to check - out, we enjoyed being looked after by all staff.
The food and service which was provided was of high quality through-out.
The service was exceptionally good. The staff were also very friendly. The facilaties were also at a high standard.
We spent a night at Boscundle Manor and were delighted with our getaway. After booking I saw that they allowed dogs on their website. I rang and they happily included our dogs (There's a small charge per dog) and upon arrival they brought us dog beds, bowls, blanket and treats. We stayed in the Jasmine cottage and enjoyed the amenities of the spa and Manor. They even said we could take the cover off the outdoor hot tub and fire it up after it had been covered over at 11.00pm. The staff were very helpful and personable and the 3 course dinner was an event in itself. All in all we had a wonderful time. Thank you Red Letter Days and Boscundle Manor.
Superb all round experience, from the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and immediately shown to a superb double room with all the facilities you would expect. The staff were very professional and friendly. This would be high on my list the next time I visit York as it is just a few strides away from the centre. Great value for money.
A very memorable weekend. The stay at Oxford Thames was most enjoyable -The garden room was immaculate (new build) with extra luxury touches. We had beautiful views of the river. Highly recommended!
Really friendly staff in a well run hotel. Restaurant very good, evening meal and cooked breakfast excellent. Good wine list and well stocked bar. Room very clean and fresh. Top rating for everything!
Stanwell House is a stylish boutique hotel that puts most five star hotels to shame. All the staff are very friendly and could not have done more to help make our stay so enjoyable. The food in the seafood restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was probably the best hotel breakfast I have had for many years - freshly cooked to order rather than the warm dried up buffet breakfast that so many hotels provide now.
This is a really good hotel about 3 miles out of Oxford sat on the Thames. It was very easy to get in to town and was a good base for visiting all of the local attractions. The room, staff and food were excellent.
The hotel staff were friendly and very helpful. The hotel itself was comfortable, clean and the room was great.
We had a lovely time at this hotel, been in the hospitality trade ourselves is very hard as we do not intend to be picky but it is very hard. Reception staff very helpful, good check in, terrace staff for drinks very efficient, although they lost our bill when we asked to pay. The clock restaurant served lovely food although my peach tower did not taste homemade and I was a little disappointed. We were not asked about initial drinks when we sat down just about water, we ordered a bottle of wine and received this after we received our starter. We then went to the bar, were we had to ask for our drinks although there were 3 staff. The breakfast was very tasty though. The second evening in the Clock restaurant we enjoyed better and the wine waiter was lovely. Overall we had a lovely time, we just felt there were a few little bits that needed sorting out and this would be the perfect venue and could quite easily be a five
Exactly as advertised, friendly staff, lovely room and food was excellent!
The accommodation was outstanding with highly professional, friendly and efficient staff. The grounds and facilities are A1 and the church is absolutely adorable. The food served was worthy of Michelin status.
A warm welcome from charming staff in a hotel with a unique atmosphere
We went for a walk by the river after an excellent dinner - the silence was almost complete and hard to believe so close to Southampton. This is a lovely, quant hotel in the New Forest with friendly staff, a huge bed & an amazing shower. We visited for our **th wedding anniversary & left feeling very relaxed & ready for a day exploring the New Forest. The free Beaulieu tickets are a good idea, provides few hours escapism in a pretty location. We've made a pact to try to visit the hotel once a year from now on.
We love this hotel as it is set in a beautiful village. The staff can't do enough for you to make your stay pleasurable. The amenities are first class we will definitely come back soon for a third visit.
We had a special experience at Langtry Manor hotel, surrounded by History, elegance and the most efficient and friendly staff you could wish to meet. All going the extra mile to make a very special break.
It was a lovely friendly hotel! Staff could not do enough for you, food in the hotel was spot on.
