Craig Y Nos Castle
Craig Y Nos Castle is everything I hoped it would be ... magical, enchanting and truly welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff were all extremely friendly. Our room was clean and comfortable, although the bed could have done with a new mattress. The location of the castle is excellent for walking in the Brecon Beacons and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a country escape.

Tortworth Court
A visit to badminton Horse Trials and stayed at Tortworth Court Hotel. Absolutely beautiful, historic and very welcoming place. Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent food and the pool was just what was needed after a long day at Badminton. Would certainly recommend and we are already making our booking for next year.

Barnett Hill
We stayed at Barnett Hill for a one night stay which included dinner, bed and breakfast. Made use of the sauna and the gym which is very well equipped (could do with a running machine though) and then relaxed in the lovely grounds with a drink. Evening dinner was superb and breakfast was well stocked and with freshly cooked food. The room was clean and tidy although the double bed was a little small. Overall I would recommend this location. Thank you.

The Pilgrim Hotel
We had a fab time at the pilgrims hotel in Herefordshire. The staff were friendly and were very helpful. We had the most amazing dinner sitting looking at the impressive views surrounding the hotel. A very relaxing and quite break away.

The staff were extremely friendly, polite and approachable. The evening was as good as anywhere and as for the breakfast, well just fill your boots!!!!! The room was lovely and very clean. All round 10 out of 10.

Moorhill House
My parents lived in this area and I wanted to revisit. Hotel was very comfortable and staff friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who prefers older country style houses rather than modern blocks!

Mercure Kidderminster Hotel
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and we couldn't have been made more welcome, from the reception staff through to the cleaners everyone was very friendly and polite. We had an evening meal which was of high quality and thoroughly enjoyed. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area and would highly recommend midlands safari park. Would certainly stay here again.

The New Flying Horse

Mercure Tunbridge Wells Hotel
Thank you to the Staff at Mercure Tunbridge Wells, they made us feel like royalty! They were so attentive to any need we had. Michael who works in the Spa area was so helpful, unfortunately the key got stuck in the changing room door and the Manager had to spiderman jump 2 storeys and climb through the window to unlock inside. Brett the Manager of the Dining room and his staff were so attentive to my needs as I am disabled. The evening emal was a 3 course carvery, and unfortunately by mid-evening the beef had run out, but this was replaced with sirloin steaks! We had booked this for our 10th Wedding Anniversary and was a fantastic way to spend it. I would definitely recommend this hotel, for its setting, ambience, food, and its staff. Thank you very much all the Staff at Mercure Tunbridge Wells.

The Walworth Castle Hotel West Wing
The was a first class joint birthday gift from our daughter. The serenity of the setting & the historical building were magical. The staff were very helpful & friendly; dinner was some of the best food we've had for quite a while. Breakfast equally was varied, well cooked and very filling - we didn't have a full meal until the next day. Our room was one to the side of the main building. It was very comfortable and I really liked the way the lighting worked with the door key. The bath room again was comforable, with bath and a good shower. Both my husband & I stay again and would recommend the hotel to others. One query - perhaps better signage from the A1M ( at Piercebridge junction) would help access, as our Sat Nav sent us via Darlington! However, A big thank you to our daughter for the wonderful experience & to all the staff for their dedication.

Mercure Newbury Elcot Park Hotel
We had a two night stop-over on our way to Devon. The staff were very welcoming and efficient. We upgraded our room and were delighted with the four poster bed and the stunning views. The restaurant was efficiently run and served delicious food. We would certainly stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay at Beamish. The stunning surroundings and lovely food made for a great weekend away. A stones throw from the Beamish Living Museum well worth a visit.

Lythe Hill Hotel
Booked this as a relaxed night away and we were not disappointed! All the staff we met were friendly and willing to help where needed. Our hotel room was full of character and warmth with views over the rabbit filled garden and lake. The room was very clean but tired in some areas. We went for a walk around the grounds and into woods which were full of beautiful streams. Food at the Lythe Hill is a delight and served in the wonderful surroundings of the small but character filled restaurant. The spa has a modern feel but is basic and functional rather than relaxing and luxurious. You would struggle to spend a long time there if you had not booked treatments. Overall this hotel is a very good choice and I would recommend as very good value for money!

We asked to be moved to a brighter room. The receptionist we asked was brilliant and she moved us to a wonderful large room. Excellent view. The restaurant staff were very friendly and aqdded to the enjoyment of our stay. The food choice was very good and tasted great.

Hatton Court Hotel
Great location, first class accommodation, excellence throughout. Our evening meal in the Tara restaurant was exceptional and the service faultless. I would recommend Hatton Court very highly.

The Wellington Hotel
Visited the Wellington in Boscastle overnight to celebrate my husbands big birthday. We had a very nice room, the staff were most helpful, the food good. The village was excellent, lovely little shops etc, but the icing on the cake was the weather, the rest of the country was sheltering from the rain, but the sun shone on us and Boscastle. A wonderful experience.
