A wonderful Friday afternoon after a hectic week. Afternoon tea at Farington Lodge, Preston was great. The setting, surroundings and the staff were so friendly. Definitely recommend it.

Very quiet hotel in a nice setting. First class service and excellent food. Would have been nice to walk by the river but the flood warnings made it difficult.

Langshott Manor
We thoroughly enjoyed this treat that was given to us by our daughter. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very welcoming and friendly and made us feel special. We enjoyed a very tasty traditional afternoon tea in beautiful surroundings and had a walk round the gardens afterwards. A wonderful way to spend an afternoon.

Ramada Hyde Park
The voucher was given to me as a present. Thought it was an original idea and we enjoyed our Tea for Tea in London. Not something I would usually be able to afford, but the experience was very enjoyable. And the sun also came out, which helped to make the afternoon more memorable. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

The service was very good. The selection of sandwiches and cakes was also very good. We were allowed plenty of time and did not feel rushed by staff.

The cost was exceptional. Never thought I would find such a great deal for four people. All four of us had an amazing time. we even stayed on until late into the evening. I can't fault the booking process and the confirmation details were delivered in a beautiful red envelope which added to the elegance of the event. I have nothing adverse to say about this whole experience.

A great way to spend a nice relaxing afternoon. The hotel and tea room was beautiful - very old and full of character. Tea was nice and did not feel in anyway rushed. A great escape from a rainy day.

We found Farington Lodge to be an attractive, easy-to-find country house-type hotel in its own very pleasant grounds. The staff were very friendly and attentive and the sandwiches and cakes, plus tea and coffee, were every bit as good as we had hoped. In fact excellent. The atmosphere was cosy and relaxing and we would recommend a visit or indeed perhaps a stay there. First class in our view. Others seemed to be enjoying afternoon tea every bit as much as we did.

Wedgwood Visitor Centre
I received the tea for two for my 50th birthday from one of my closest friends. Having viewed lots of hotels I saw the Wedgwood option and decided to book. What a lovely afternoon. The luxury of tea served on a Wedgwood set followed by a visit to see the craftsmen and women working, a film show of Wedgwood history, a wander around the huge museum and time to spend some money in the shop. Superb! Would recommend to anyone.

Grovefield House
We arrived early for our Afternoon Tea (a wedding gift) and enjoyed a walk in the lovely gardens, watching the red kites. At the appointed time, we were warmly welcomed and shown to our pre-set table, overlooking the flower garden. Delicious tea, beautifully and attentively served by Lucy, and the whole experience was faultless. The food could not have been fresher - indeed, I'm sure the scones had just come out of the oven! We shall return - it was such good value - and it is marvellous to find a business that actually delivers more than it promises.

A gift from our daughters and families - total surprise never having heard of 'Red Letter Days'! The tea and service was excellant. Dial House a lovely venue and has already been recommended to others.
