The guys at the Swindon Centre were a really good laugh, they made me feel comfortable and excited and the skydive itself was such an amazing experience. I am now tempted to carry on learning myself I enjoyed it so much!
It was an amazing experience from start to finish, the staff were all really friendly and made me feel very welcome and did an excellent job of trying to calm my pre-jump nerves!! The jump itself well what can I say 'Oh my god' amazing, I can honestly say I am so pleased I did it, I would definitely say to people to do this at least once in your life!
An Unbelievable Experience!
Words cannot really describe the feeling of skydiving - it is not for the faint hearted! Apparently when leaving the plane you go from 0 to 120 miles an hour in three seconds, however it feels faster! The instructors were great, very calm and professional which helps increase confidence. I feel the day was a massive achievement that I will never forget.
An Exhilarating And Memorable Experience
On Saturday 17th April the weather was perfect; it was warm with not a cloud in the sky. I thought as the time got nearer for me to board the plane for the ascent to 6000 feet that I would get more and more nervous. That was not the case at all and my family could hardly believe how calm I was. When we reached the optimum height for our descent, the jumpmaster opened the door and my instructor and I shuffled towards the entrance. All I could think of at that time were the few things I had to do at the point of the jump. We were out of the door in no time descending through the air at over 120mph and then after 2500 feet the parachute deployed and we floated down to earth. For the next 5 mimutes I took in the scenery below as we gently descended. What a fantastic experience. Then we came into to land and as we unharnessed ourselves my immediate thought was, I must do that again.

The Most Extreme Day Ever!
This is the ultimate day of thrill seeking and nothing can prepare you for that feeling of adrenaline pumping through your veins. This is a once in a lifetime experience and thanks to the team for looking after me.
Most Exhilarating, Heart Thumping Moment Yet!!
On arrival I was guided swiftly through the formal booking-in process. Rosie did an admirable job of keeping the equipment briefing light hearted, but maintaining the message of safety. I was then kitted out in the relevant jump suit and all important leather cap, Biggles eat your heart out!! After a few pensive moments, I was called forward to board the aircraft, Andy, my tandem buddy, gave me a few comforting words, 'it's OK you won't die!' ... nice touch! On reaching the dizzying height of 10,000ft, the aircraft door slid open and we shuffled forward to the point of no return. With arms braced and heart thumping, we fell into the blue abyss, the sensation of plummeting to earth at 120mph+ was fantastic, a real adrenaline rush. 3 minutes and a less than perfect landing later, we made it back to terra firma. Many thanks to all at Wanborough for making it a truly unforgettable experience.
The Most Amazing Experience Ever!
By far the best day of my life! The skydive itself was a one in a million experience and the instructors were all very friendly and reassuring. I was surprised at how safe they made me feel when jumping out of a plane at 10,000 feet!! The only downside to the experience was having to wait around for an entire day before the jump, but the skydive itself turned out to be worth the wait!
Absolutely fantastic day out. Well organised, fully qualified instructors. Felt completely safe in their hands. Difficult to describe the experience itself with all the adrenaline, the only way to find out is to do it for yourself. Would do it again no problem.
Great Day, A Major Challenge Ticked Off The List!
Great thing to do despite the craziness of jumping out of a perfectly servicable aircraft. First attempt was delayed because wind was too strong that day but had no problem in re-arranging for a convenient time a couple of weeks later. Instructors were brilliant - very professional, no fuss, no drama, just got on with it so there was no problem actually going out the door of the plane (at 10,000 feet, which is a LOOONG way up!). Freefall is amazing - we freefell for about 35 seconds but felt like 3! I still struggle to believe I actually did it....
I was petrified but excited. The instructor was so calming, it was amazing. The freefall was out if this world and I have recommended it to all my friends!
Going from dropping like a stone to the serene calm of floating - only the tandem skydive can create two such extreme moments! I'll certainly consider another one.

Fantastic, It Just Blew My Mind
Falling out of an aeroplane over 2 miles above the ground and free falling for a mile and then the chute opens and you glide to earth, I did not want it to end. I shall do it again, soon.
Something to try at least once in your life!
I have wanted to do this all of my life and finally did it today and I am so glad I did it! All I can say is that you will go through every emotion possible, fear, excitement and pure amazement! I just cannot explain it to you! You just have to try it, just go for it and do not hesitate! It was the experience of my life!
Wow! Fantastic! Exhilarating!
From being a tad nervous at home on the morning of my jump, I was totally put at ease the moment I arrived at the airfield with my wife and daughter. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and encouraging. The scariest thing I have ever done but so worth it.
