A Very Happy And Memorable Experience
The hotel was luxurious, the staff were exceptionally helpful and very courteous. We were given a room with an ENORMOUS bed - very comfortable. The meals were prepared to an exceptionally high standard. The leisure facilities were fantastic too, although we had so many sights to see and things to do that there wasn't much free time! The concierge service were so helpful - we had several hours before our train home and they took good care of our luggage for us. All in all, the attention to detail at this hotel was excellent, and our Red Letter Day experience was absolutely brilliant! This was our first visit to London as a couple, in almost 30 years together, so it has been a lovely, unforgettable experience.
Standard of service was excellent, the staff were polite and helpful, the room was extremely comfortable and the food was excellent ... what more can I say!

Much Needed Relaxing Break
Following a stressful 6 months this break was just what the doctor odered. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel very welcome by staff. Our room had a spectacular view of Hanbury Golf Course and the Egyptian cotton bed linen ensured we had a comfortable night's sleep. The food in the Oakes Grill resturant was delicious. The gym is well equipped with a range of cardio equipment and weights. Whether you want to play golf, see the local sights, or just relax, this weekend break is worth every penny. I will definitely recommend it to my family and friends and would not hesitate to return.

The hotel was great, friendly attentive staff, well appointed rooms and a super breakfast. Ideal location with a pleasant walk to Regents Park and tube connection to all the attractions.
A Super Break Away From Home
Just two nights away from home, but total relaxation. Lovely hotel, with fantastic dinners and breakfast included in the package. Great location, about 45 minutes from Chatsworth House and 15 minutes from Derby City Centre - both worthy of a visit. We booked beauty treatments at the hotel too, but would recommend you book well in advance.
