Our Sushi chef explained everything well and engaged us in conversation at the start. She had high standards and made sure we met those standards. It was great to learn how to make authentic looking and tasting sushi so a good course for sushi lovers.
Memorable, Fun, Informative And Tasty!!!

Wow, what an evening! Adam was a fantastic host, we learned so much. The instructions were step by step and we really stuffed our bellies! And to top it off - there was even a marriage proposal in our group! Absolutely memorable from start to finish.
Excellent And Tasty!

We had a really fun experience at Yo Sushi in Oxford. We were expecting to be part of a group but it was just the two of us with the chef so it felt like a really personal lesson. The sushi chef himself was excellent and very patient with us! The end result was delicious and we had so much food to take home and share with family and friends. We giggled throughout and it was such a different way to spend a few hours. The only thing that we didnt learn was more about the origins and history of sushi, but that would have been the dull part anyway! I would recommend it.
Thoroughly Enjoyable And Tasy Experience!

We had an absolutely brilliant morning with our sushi chef, she was full of expert advice and knowledge and very friendly. We've already recommended it to all of our friends and it was only yesterday!

I had a brilliant time on this course. It was really interesting to find out how to make it, and there weren't many of us in the class so we got a lot of attention from the instructor. My partner and I ended up going home with seven boxes of sushi that we'd made, so it was good value for money!
Great Fun!

From the start I felt very relaxed and the teacher was very helpful with lots of interesting information about sushi. My friend and I were shown how to make 6 or 7 different types of sushi and it was definitely value for money. Had such a great time and can't wait to start making sushi at home! Thanks Red Letter Days!

A Nice Evening Out

We were late by 30 minutes and the staff was kind enough to bring us to speed. We enjoyed making sushi and the free lunch offered at the end. I would have enjoyed it more if the course was thought by a Japanese cook rather than an Indian cook. But the cook was very attentive to all our work and giving us tips. All in all: a pleasant experience.
Great Day Out!

I found the class easy to follow and fun. The teacher was pleasant. It was especially fun to eat our products during the class. It was an afternoon well spent. At the end of the session, we had certs, sushi mats and left over sushis for dinner.
What A Great Day!

I was concerned this experience would be mostly a demonstration. I could not have been more wrong. This was a fully interactive lesson. The chef explained in detail but stage by stage so we could prepare along side. The chef was on hand throughout offering assistance and casting an eye to ensure we had understood. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes sushi.
Really Lovely Morning

Took my Dad for a quiet little birthday treat. Last year was a helicopter ride so, bit amp-ed out, fancied something quieter. Was a lovely morning, nice to learn something and get a tasty lunch. Head chef was a pretty good teacher, which made all the difference. Couldn't fault it! We had a lovely time.
Really Fun Experience

Lovely. My daughter and I were the only people who had booked on Sunday afternoon so we had the chef's undivided attention.
