    Experience the ultimate thrill of flight on the death defying Skycoaster, the most amazing freefalling swing ever. After being strapped into a safety harness, you and your two guests are slowly winched up and then dropped from a height of 120 feet, enjoying a massive 15 feet of freefall before tension kicks in and the vast swing sweeps you round. Flying through the air less than six feet from the pier decking below, you will reach insane speeds of up to 80 mph. Swooping out over the sea gives you chance to catch your breath and admire the spectacular views whilst enjoying another moment of weightlessness before you shoot back down towards the earth.     Availability

    Every weekend date from March to October.

    Participant Guidelines

    There are no age or weight restrictions, but participants must be over 1metre 7cm (3' 5''). On average, children aged five or over tend to fulfil height requirements.

    Weather

    The experience will only be cancelled if high winds (over 30mph) are forecast, so please call the centre in advance if in any doubt.

    Duration

    Your ride will last approximately ten minutes. Please arrive in advance of your booked time to allow time for safety briefings and a prompt start.

    Numbers On Day

    Exclusively the three of you will take your ride together.

    Spectators

    You are welcome to bring spectators along. They can encourage you and take pictures from a safe viewing area. The magic of Blackpool's golden mile is right on the doorstep, why not make a day of it?

    One DVD of the ride is included for your group of three to take home.

    Although not a lengthy experience time-wise this was an adrenaline rush that will stay with me forever, staff friendly and experienced with some great views whilst swinging away, great experience to do with family/friends and even those that don't participate in the swing get close enough to also enjoy.
