The website text is too small for me to read. How do I make it larger?
On your web browser, select the View menu, then Text Size, and then choose "Larger" or "Largest."
I've got a message that says I'm being redirected to a non-secure site. Is it OK to continue?
Yes. On our site, log-in and checkout pages where you enter personal information are secure, as indicated by the "https"
in the browser URL. This message does not mean the site is unsafe; rather, it just means that the page you came from was
encrypted, while the page you are going to may not be. Additionally, it does not mean that information in general is being
transmitted over a non-secure connection. To manually disable this message in Internet Explorer, try going to Tools >
Internet Options > Advanced and uncheck the box next to "Warn if changing between secure and non secure mode". Or, the
first time the message appears check the box "In the future, do not show this warning".
I haven't received an on-screen confirmation on completion of my order or booking.

If you were placing an order you should provide us with your full name and email address.
If you were booking a date then your voucher reference and security code will be required.
I'm not sure if payment has been processed correctly, how do I check this?

Why have I received a message saying I need to phone Red Letter Days to complete my booking?
Some experiences cannot be booked online. Please call our Customer Experience Centre on 0845 640 8000 who will be happy to help you complete your booking.
My name/voucher reference/security code/address/email address isn't being recognised.
