    What exactly is included with the experience gift pack?
    Here's what's included in our beautiful signature red Gift Pack. The experience can also be presented in our stylish new branded red Envelope, or as a free, eye-catching instant eVoucher containing all the information required to make a booking.

    Do I have to choose a specific date for the experience when I buy?
    No, our gift packs can be left unbooked, so that your recipient can choose a time convenient to them. From 21 August 2009, they will have at least ten months to make a booking, and much longer still to actually take part.

    I need a last minute gift but I'm worried it won't be delivered in time!
    If you want a full gift pack sent, but you’re worried about delivery in time for the occasion, you can use our next day courier service or you could also request an instant temporary eVoucher be sent to the email address of your choice, free of charge, just to say the experience pack is on its way.

    I’m worried about buying the wrong thing, can it be exchanged?
    Don't worry - if your recipient would rather choose something else entirely, all unbooked vouchers are fully flexible and can be exchanged for any available experience or gift.
