Why buy or give a Red Letter Day? Here are ten very good reasons.
Choose an experience
- If you're looking for an experience as a gift, you can find the perfect present by using the gift search on our home page, browsing the range under experiences, or using our personality gift finder. Your gift recipient will receive a personalised gift pack which can then be used to book a particular date.
- You can also browse our great range of tangible gifts including wine, chocolates, hampers and flowers.
- Can't decide on the ideal gift? Give a Gift Card, which lets your recipient choose from at least 50 tantalising options.
- If you're looking to buy an experience for yourself or surprise someone on a special day, use our Click & Go service to search for experiences available on the date and time and at the location of your choice. If you’re looking for something to do at the last minute, see our Special Offers for experiences available within the next five days.
How to buy

If you're buying a specific experience or a Gift Card, add your choice to your Basket, include a personal message if you wish and Proceed to Payment to buy.
You can also choose to send an e-voucher to show that your gift is on its way.
The recipient has at least seven months to redeem a specific experience or Gift Card, and much longer still to actually take part.
And you don't have to worry about making the wrong choice - all of our experiences are easily swapped, free of charge.

If you're buying a tangible gift, add your choice to your Basket and Proceed to Payment to buy.
You can also choose to send an e-voucher to show that your gift is on its way.
Delivery times for tangible gifts vary, so please check individual product descriptions for details.

If you're using our Click & Go service, choose the number of participants you wish to book for (a drop down list showing the maximum number of places available appears on each experience page) and provide all necessary details required to enable us to provide you with the best possible service on the day.
GIFT PACK OR CONFIRMATION LETTER ARRIVES
Each Red Letter Days experience arrives in our beautifully presented gift pack, sent to the address of your choice - see what it contains.
If you've used our Click & Go service, you'll receive a confirmation email followed by a letter with all the details about the experience.
REDEEMING AN EXPERIENCE OR GIFT CARD
We handle all the booking details. It only takes a few minutes and can be done easily either online or by phone.
You just need to make sure you book before your expiry date. Enter your voucher / card reference and security code
here to book online.
ONCE A BOOKING'S BEEN MADE
When a booking has been made, either by a gift recipient or via our Click & Go service, we'll post out all the essential information about the experience including directions to the venue.
For your peace of mind, automatic Personal Accident Insurance is included as well as our Participant Cancellation Guarantee, which allows you to re-schedule should you need to cancel your booking (subject to our Terms and Conditions).
