We had this a s a gift for our Ruby Wedding anniversary and saved it to enjoy on our wedding anniversary this year. We had a superb meal followed by a really comfortable and warm night. The service was second to none and we certainly hope to go again.
Second stay at The Four Pillars and a great balcony room allocated this time. Plenty to do and see in this area. Although the food at dinner and breakfast was very good, it took a considerable time to serve at dinner.
Have just returned from a relaxing one night break at the Grange Hotel. Upgraded to the Prestige Room and found it to be of good standard. Dinner and Breakfast was lovely and all staff friendly and helpful. Would recommend for a short relaxing break away from the children!!
Stayed at the "The George Hotel" in Shipston on Stour. The hotel was nice and the food is excellent
We are very glad that we chose the Mercure Kidderminster. It is in a lovely setting, the staff are friendly and the food was excellent. We payed £20 on top of the voucher to upgrade our room meaning we had a bigger room, slippers and robes, free blockbuster movies and a nespresso machine. We felt that £20 was reasonable for this upgrade. The only problem we had was that the room was a little hot. We would definitely pay to come here again.
From the moment we walk through the door, to the genuine goodbye, we were made to feel as though we were the only people staying despite the large wedding occurring at the same time. will visit again
we have enjoyed the red letter day present so much. Hope we can do it again soon.
Staff welcoming, attentive and friendly. Hotel amenities good. Room comfortable with good view. Hotel spotlessly clean. Restaurant service excellent, Menu choice good and food very good. Bistro lunch service excellent and good value.
Cosy, quiet hotel. Plenty of parking, clean rooms and service good
very obliging with a very professional approach by competent staff
The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Food very good and the room was a decent size. Perhaps the bathroom could have done with some refurbishing but it wouldn't stop me staying again.
We spent a relaxing weekend at this hotel, the service and food was of high quality, staff were attentive to our needs. A good base for visiting. Portsmouth and Chichester.
Beautiful setting and relaxing environment. The service was virtually perfect...very accommodating.
HAD A RELAXING TIME
We had a lovely stay at Thornton Hall. The staff were friendly and helpful. The food was lovely, if somewhat limited for vegetarians. The spa was great and the snow cave is a must whilst you are there.
I was looking for somewhere extra special for our Wedding Anniversary. It took me quite a while to choose from all your available hotels. But I think I chose one of the best! Bartley Lodge was a charming character building but with all the modern conveniences. Great food, nice pool, lovely surroundings. All the staff were very friendly & helpful, & I must thank them for the lovely card & complimentary bottle of fizz! That went down very well! Altogether a very pleasant experience. We'll definately be taking another one soon, I hope? Chrissy & Phil from Berkshire
We've just returned from a lovely stay at The Cottonwood Boutique Hitel. Great cocktails in the bar before dinner made by bar staff who knew exactly how to make a great Mai Tai. Dinner was outstanding with my husband saying "this is the best steak I've ever had".
This red letter experience was an anniversary treat. We had an amazing stay. Staff were all pleasant and helpful. We had an upgrade at no extra charge, we also had a drink on the house from hotel - a nice surprise. Evening meal was lovely, breakfast was excellent also . Facilities at gym and hot tub etc was very relaxing. Taxi ride to the town centre (5mins). Nice taxi phoned by hotel staff. Thank you to crowne plaza staff...
Nice entrance to hotel, pleasent staff could not do enough for you ,even when we had to change room owing to a problem with the bed.The room although clean and tidy it could do with a upgrade ,the restaurant staff and food were excellent and could be not faulted.so overall our stay was lovely
This hotel does exactly what it says on the tin !!! The room was very clean ,modern with good furnishings and large TV. Bathroom was excellent. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows the best I have had in an hotel. We requested extra milk for the in room drinks and the receptionist actually went to the kitchen and supplied us with a JUG full!! The deal included an evening meal for 2 with a bottle of wine and also breakfast---both of which were supplied free of any fuss and with a good choice on both.On leaving my wife showed interest in the history of the Hall and the receptionist promptly printed off a copy of the history for her. On asking the best way to Bakewell in nearbye Derbyshire the receptionist again printed off an AA route for me. At reception at the time was a member of admin staff who offered to take our case to the car for us. Well done Mosborough Hall Hotel you are running an excellent sevice and it was all so natural and obliging. Many thanks.
