Staff were amazing and very polite and very helpful. I made a last minute booking which was honoured (thank you for that!). Paddington bear was there for photos and there was task for the kids to collect 6 different stamps and postcards around the site got you a marmalade sandwich! It was a brilliant day and brilliant experience.
One steam train was running and on the other line was a diesel. Food was nice and staff very friendly in the cafe as well. It was superb. Good grass area with a little wooden train for kids to play. War Bunker was interesting. Great for train enthusiasts and lots to see and look at or photo. We’ve been 3 times, two of which have been red letter day vouchers.
