I was given this voucher for my 50th birthday. There was a mixup about whether we had booed a classic or premier trip, I did not know as it was a gift. Apart from this the trip was pleasant, the food was acceptable and the music was unobtrusive. The only thing missing was a little commentary pointing out the various landmarks we passed(a map on the table would have also done this)
This was a great way to see London, all the way to the O2 great service , great food and lovely Music!
Very good food, very good music & the sun shone. What more could you ask for!
This was a 40th Anniversary gift and it was a very enjoyable time. Boat Symphony was just great and the views from all tables were superb. Food good and staff very attentive and efficient. Had a real problem with aircon blasting directly onto the side of my neck but the manager dealt with this efficiently and sorted the problem immediately. Thought the price of drinks was very fair and did seem cheaper than we have paid in any restaurant in London. A great experience and would have no hesitation in recommending - we even had a sparkle candle delivered to our table! A very leisurely lunch and cruise past all the sights accompanied by a truly great jazz band and singer. Will be going again in the future.
We had a brilliant day in London and the cruise was the highlight of our day. The food and music was excelled as the sun shone on the beauty of the Thames scene as we floated past it's majestic buildings.
I don't need 1000 characters to describe this, "It totally exceeded all my expectations" does it.
Good value for money. Great river cruise experience with excellent jazz music and very helpful staff.
Had a lovely afternoon, wonderful entertainment & food was delicious. Our table at the window allowed us full view of the sights
We were very surprised at the size of the boat and the number of people on board despite this it was very roomy and easy to move about. The service was excellent also the food and some terrific views along the Thames, the jazz band was great, just perfect.
A delightful and relaxing day with excellent food and equally excellent service with a smile. Would recommend to anyone. We will definitely do this or something similar again.
Fabulous views, courteous staff, nice food, drinks a bit pricey, solid band.
The cruise was given to me as a gift for my 70th birthday. The whole experience from initial check in through the 2.5hrs on board to disembarking was extremely enjoyable. The jazz was just the right style for lunch time, the food was excellent and the staff were brilliant & very attentive. Everything was very well co-ordinated. I would certainly do this trip again for an evening dinner. Well done to you all!
the whole experience was first class, from the moment you went on board to the moment you left you were made to feel very special. it is the best way to spend a Sunday afternoon, great food, great service, great music and good company what more could you ask for. We will be doing a boat trip again for sure, maybe afternoon tea.
Great afternoon, we really enjoyed the whole experience. Good music, great scenery, lovely food and wine.
Best parts were the great views all round from the comfort and warmth of the boat. Lots of glass ! Table service (Douglas) was also very good.
The food was amazing, service first class and atmosphere perfectfor a sunny Sunday on the . The ideal way to spend a Sunday afternoon on the Thames.
A great day out. I have always enjoyed jazz, but unable to hear the music due to other peoples conversations, also, a lack of musicians would have liked more jazz
What a wonderful way to spend a Sunday. We had a brilliant day and as it was a gift from our Grandson for my 70th Birthday present, it was absolutely brilliant. Will be recommending your river cruises to all our family and friends. Thank you so much, the staff were fantastic.
