
Chocolate Workshop in Birmingham
Overview
Calling all chocolate lovers, delve into the wonderful world of chocolate with this indulgent chocolate making workshop in Birmingham city centre. Learn how to prepare mouthwatering dark chocolate Belgian truffles by hand, using a selection of raw ingredients under the expert guidance of an in-house chocolatier who shows you how to shape, cut, coat, mix and then pipe them to perfection. Discover some delicious chocolate facts and learn about the history of chocolate. After creating these delicious chocolate treats, package them up and take between 30 and 50 home to enjoy with friends and family. During the session, also enjoy a live and interactive demonstration on how to temper chocolate and taste it too!

At least one Saturday per month throughout the year at 2pm. - Participant Guidelines
Minimum age is 11. This experience isn't suitable for severe nut allergy sufferers, as the equipment may have come into contact with nuts. This venue has disabled access. - Duration
Workshops last for around two and a half hours. Please arrive a few minutes in advance of the booked start time to ensure a prompt start. - Numbers on the Day
Up to 30 people take part. - Dress Code
Wear comfortable shoes and clothes that you don't mind getting messy - aprons are provided, but chocolate can still end up on clothing. - Other Info
Please note, this workshop is suitable for vegetarians and vegans. The chocolate is gluten free. Soya cream can be used when needed for lactose intolerance. Kosher chocolate is available when required. Please mention any dietary requirements at the point of booking.
