Bird of Prey Photographic Day at Lee Valley Park Farms
A thrilling chance to learn the basics of DSLR photography on your own camera from professional film makers and use fearsome birds of prey as subjects at Lee Valley Park Farms! In a small group, learn about shutter speeds and aperture, field depth, raw imaging and how lenses and accessories affect the amateur photographer. Enjoy a laid-back and friendly atmosphere, meet like-minded people and, of course, several varieties of stunning bird of prey, who will later form the basis for practise photographs! Forget automatic mode, this is a chance to really learn more about and understand both cameras and birds of prey in a beautiful, natural environment.

From 12pm seven days a week, year-round.
- Participant Guidelines
Minimum age 16. There are no other restrictions.
In case of rain or high winds, this experience will need to be rescheduled. Please call if in doubt.
Two hours and 45 minutes.

Maximum six particpants per group.
- Dress Code
Suitable outdoor clothing for the weather, including comfortable trainers or boots.

Participants should bring their own DSLR cameras and any or all lenses to be tutored with. A souvenir certificate will be presented afterwards. Full disabled access.
