Afternoon Tea at Colwick Hall Hotel for Two

Ample fresh and very tasty sandwiches, scones and cakes. More than enough for an afternoon tea. The service we received was very welcoming and very efficient. Coffee was never ending! However, with hard floors and ceilings a noisy group of ladies made conversation difficult. All in all however, I would recommend the afternoon tea at Colwick Hall.

So… tried to hook at Xmas and given wrong info (not available at weekends) booked for June Arrived and directed by reception to Byron Room - it was full of wedding guests! Went back to check with reception who curtly told us to wait where she told us the first time We sat in the empty room next to the wedding guests Lovely waitress came over eventually and was very attentive - food was lovely (man on next table asked if there was a platter each as bit sparse) Atmosphere not great but food and coffee ok

Really enjoyed ourselves
