Master the techniques to make perfect bread time and time again and gain confidence using both fresh and dried yeast. As a class, taste all the freshly baked breads together and mull over all you have learned. At the end of the session, take home a cookery school goody bag containing an apron, a measuring cup or magic whisk, an Oxo peeler and a spring form tin.
