Upton Country Park is a stunning place and there's no better way to explore its many inspiring sights than by Segway. The best fun you can have on two wheels, these self-balancing marvels really are a must try. Start with a briefing and Segway tuition from a professional instructor before hitting the practice area to get used to the controls. Once confident, set out on a Segway tour of this country estate and ride through the grounds of Upton House, soak in stunning views across Holes Bay, pass many unique native plants and wildlife and head into Grove Woods. Once in woodland, take your chance pick up the pace and see what the Segway is really made of by cruising over the many bumps and humps of the demanding off road terrain.
Runs on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays throughout the year.
Minimum age is 12 (children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult). Minimum weight is seven stone, maximum weight is 18 stone. Segway driving is not suitable for pregnant women or anyone suffering from a bad neck or back.
This experience is only cancelled in the event of extreme weather conditions such as severe ice or snow. If in doubt, please call the venue before setting off.

Spectators are welcome and Upton Park has accessible on-site facilities including toilets and a cafe.
Please wear comfortable outdoor clothing and sensible shoes (no sandals or heels) such as trainers or walking boots. Helmets are provided.
During the tour, a professional photographer takes a souvenir snap of you on the Segway overlooking the grounds, which you have the option to download from the partner's Facebook page after the experience.
