Aston Martin and Audi R8 Driving at Smeatharpe
Take the wheel of two incredible modern classics from two very different backgrounds with this Aston Martin DB9 or V8 Vantage versus Audi R8 experience. After a safety briefing (these are very fast cars, after all) and a quick introduction to the circuit to get familiar with the track's twists, turns and straights, take the wheel of an Aston Martin. Hit the track for a full six miles and test this stunner's incredibly responsive handling and crazy acceleration, before swapping to the Audi R8 for a further six miles. After twelve miles of supercar driving, there'll be goosebumps galore!

- Participant Guidelines
Minimum height is 5'2'', maximum is 6'6''. Maximum weight is 20 stone. A full British or international manual driving licence must be produced on the day in order to participate.
Driving may be cancelled or curtailed in extreme weather conditions like ice, heavy rain or high winds, when driving at speed might become dangerous. The venue makes contact if the experience is cancelled for any reason.
Lasts approximately two hours. This includes a briefing and 12 miles of driving in total. Please arrive 45 minutes in advance of the booked time to ensure a prompt start.
- Numbers on the Day
Up to 30 people take part. Your briefing will be shared with a group. All driving is held on a one-to-one basis. There tend to be large numbers taking part at weekends.
- Dress Code
Wear trousers, a long-sleeved shirt and narrow, flat-soled shoes, as the pedals in these cars can be close together. Wear natural fibres like cotton, rather than synthetics like nylon.

All instructors are Association of Racing Drivers Schools (ARDS) qualified. The model of Aston Martin will be confirmed on the day.
