Gin Masterclass at 45 Gin School
Overview
The UK is going through a gin renaissance, with this quintessential spirit re-establishing itself as the country's tipple of choice. Our ancestors paved the way for its popularity - they loved it so much that when The Gin Act was introduced in 1736 (dramatically increasing prices to combat drunkenness), heated riots broke out! Get a taste of life as a Master Distiller and learn about the importance of botanicals, from pine-flavoured juniper to zesty citrus peel, before deciding on a personalised mix. As your creation bubbles away, sit back and sip on a Burleighs Gin and Fever-Tree Tonic. Bottle and label the craft gin and take it home to enjoy with friends. Bliss.
