A total adrenaline thrill
Experience the unique sensational of freefall with this exhilarating indoor skydiving session in Basingstoke. Kick off with a full safety briefing before kitting up in a specialist flight suit and heading to the wind tunnel. Once ready, jump onto the airflow and enjoy two adrenaline-fuelled 120 second body flying sessions - over double the length of freefall time experienced during a 10,000 feet skydive! A seasoned instructor remains on hand throughout to offer tips and after the session, they may even demonstrate some seriously impressive freefall acrobatics. Conclude with a debrief with feet firmly back on the ground!
Available seven days a week throughout the year. The centre is closed on Christmas Day but operates on bank holidays.
Minimum age is four. Under 18's must be accompanied by an adult. Maximum weight 18 stone. Anyone who's reasonably fit, can fly. If you're pregnant, have heart, back or neck problems or have ever dislocated a shoulder, you can't fly.
The tunnel is indoors and isn't affected by the weather.
Expect to be on-site for around one and a half hours, including a 20 minute safety briefing, kit issue (15 minutes), two 120 second body flying sessions and a full debrief.
Numbers on the Day
Training may be shared in a group of up to 12. All flights are held on a one-to-one basis with a fully qualified instructor in the wind tunnel.
Facilities are excellent and make for a good family outing. Spectators can watch the action from the free viewing gallery.
No jewellery or collared shirts. Please wear tight-fitting lace-up trainers (not boots). If suitable footwear isn't worn, it is compulsory to hire trainers from the venue. Jumpsuits and other equipment are provided. Lockers £1.
It is vital to arrive no later than the allocated time printed on your booking letter. Actual flights occur up to one hour after the allocated booked time to allow for an essential safety briefing before stepping into the tunnel.
