Based in rural Derbyshire, The Marriott Breadsall Priory Golf Club is a very fitting place to brush up on essential golfing skills. An experienced PGA pro provides tuition and bestows invaluable tips on all areas of the game which includes swing technique, bunker play chipping and putting. Following a two hour coaching session and performance analysis, it's time for lunch (included). Once replenished, step onto the golf course to put golfing theory into practice under the expert guidance of the designated PGA pro. Please note, the day's agenda may vary depending on the standard of attendees. A free email based golf helpline service is available for three months following the experience (maximum six emails).
One Saturday a month from March to October. We recommend booking several weeks in advance for summer weekend dates.
Anybody with a golfing handicap is welcome (NOT suitable for total novices).
The weather shouldn't affect the experience, but in the rare case of cancellation, Marriott make contact the evening before the experience to advise.
Please meet for refreshments and a prompt start half an hour later. The experience lasts approximately six and a half hours. Tuition time lasts two and a half hours in the morning, followed by a break for lunch, then on course tuition in the afternoon.
