60 Minute Light Aircraft Flight in Nottinghamshire
Climb aboard a light aircraft in Nottinghamshire for a thrilling 60 minute aerial adventure. Begin on the ground for a pre-flight safety briefing and talk on important flying methods from an experienced pilot, before climbing aboard a dual-controlled two-seater Cessna 152 training plane. Head to the clouds and watch breathtaking views unfold - during the flight (at the pilot's discretion) take over the controls to experience the true pleasure of piloting such an incredible craft.

Seven days a week. The venue is closed on Christmas Day. Weekends can get very busy, if you want a weekend date we recommend booking at least two weeks in advance (even earlier for summer weekends).
- Participant Guidelines
Maximum weight is 16 stone. Maximum height is 6'4''. If the participant is over this height or weight, they will need to inform the receptionist prior to booking, and may need to pay a surcharge on the day to be upgraded to a larger aircraft. For security reasons, photographic id (ideally a passport) MUST be produced by all passengers on the day or they wont be permitted to fly.
Flying is a weather dependent activity and it's essential that you call the venue for a weather check before setting out. If your flight is cancelled because of the weather, it will be re-booked for an alternative date or time.
Your experience will last for about 80 minutes, including your 60 minute flight. Flight times are approximate and are the chocks-off to chocks-on duration.

Your briefing and your flight will be held on a one-to-one basis with the instructor.
- Dress Code
Wear flat-soled shoes. Sunglasses are recommended all year round.
- Other Info
Your flying time can count towards a Private Pilot's Licence (PPL). To qualify for a PPL you need 35 hours of dual-control and 10 hours solo flying. If you have ever wanted to be a pilot, this is a great way to get started.
