With careful tuition, use freshly roasted cocoa beans grown on Hotel Chocolat's Rabot Estate in Saint Lucia to make chocolate from scratch. Sip a glass of Prosecco as the chocolatier gives an expert tempering demonstration, then you pipe a personal bar of chocolate to keep.     At least one weekday and one weekend date per week throughout the year.

    Minimum age is 18. This experience isn't suitable for severe nut allergy sufferers, as the equipment may have come into contact with nuts.

    Expect to be on-site for around two hours. Classes can be booked for either 3pm or 7pm selected Fridays and Saturdays, Thursdays from 5pm until 6.30pm
