During the experience, pick up a host of insider knowledge and tasting tips while getting to grips with the nuances of flavour, texture and factors like cocoa, terroir and conching time. Indulge in a glass of Prosecco while sampling 13 quite different but equally sensational chocolates under the expert guidance of a resident chocolatier, learning as you taste. Afterwards, everyone takes home a Hotel Chocolat goody bag and receives a 10 percent discount on any purchases made - chocolate heaven!
