The best part of this afternoon tea was the selections of teas you could try and the Champagne. The food was basic and I would of like the cakes to have been homemade, they seemed very synthetic. Nothing to write home about!
My sister and I enjoyed our glass of "champagne" so much we asked if we could order a bottle, only to discover that it was Prosseco that we'd be given. Delicious, but not what was sold. Pretty poor!!
Staff were friendly and helpful.
What a fantastic day !
All the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The food was lovely.
Atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing Saturday afternoon, catching up with a friend.
Highly recommended. 5 minutes walk from tube station.
This is the 3rd time we have been treated to afternoon teas at different venues , this was nice but not the best .
A most enjoyable afternoon with delicious sandwiches, cakes and scones as well as a great choice of teas
The experience was a good one. Sandwiches were great, but the best for me were the cakes and pastries. I have a sweet tooth.
The Hilton staff were wonderful, from taking our shopping bags too serving us our afternoon tea, which was realy good. What an experiance.
We enjoyed our time here
This was a Christmas present from my son and I decided to use it on my birthday. I went with my husband who had never been to Afternoon Tea before and was pleasantly surprised how much he enjoyed it. The surroundings are very nice and the food was excellent also there was a great selection of teas to choose from. They also surprised me with cake and candle for my birthday which was a lovely surprise and much appreciated. I would definitely recommend this venue to family and friends. Thank you for for making my day special.
Nice setting for Afternoon Tea. Made to feel special by the staff and the service was excellent. Very relaxed atmosphere.
we enjoyed our afternoon tea it was very welcome i liked the fact that we could have this at 1pm so could eat at lunchtime
The welcome and service was excellent. Relaxed atmosphere and splendid tea and sandwiches and cake. Worth a visit.
Staff looked after us really well, making us feel very important. Nice selection of sandwiches and cakes - great opportunity just to take a few hours and stop and chat, away from the day to day rushing about - very pleasant. Location great, just up the road from Buckingham Palace.
Spent the afternoon here and really enjoyed the atmosphere and the food. The staff were attentive and the choice of teas was a lovely touch. We enjoyed our champagne while tucking into a selection of lovely fresh sandwiches, scones and a variety of cakes !
food was fantastic. service was excellent. waitress was very attentive. everything was served beautifully.
My friend and I arrived about a quarter of an hour early on Saturday afternoon. The brasserie was busy but surprisingly we were only kept waiting for a minute or two. Every member of staff was pleasant and polite, in particular our waitress who took our photograph without hesitation when asked. In fact she took three in an effort to get it just right. It is this sort of attention to detail that makes all the difference between a good experience and a memorable one. The presentation of the choice of teas in a box was novel, as was the egg timer designed to make sure that the tea brewed for the correct amount of time. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty but the cakes and scones could have been better. They had a slightly mass produced feel about them - but we still enjoyed them! We felt under no pressure to leave even though the place was busy - in fact the atmosphere was very relaxing and pleasant. I would be happy to go again and would recommend it.
Excellent afternoon champagne cream tea. Good location to take a rest as part of a busy day out in London. Good service and good value. However unable to book online as advised but called direct and no problems.
We arrived early but were greeted by very pleasant, attentive and happy staff. The tea was superb with all home baked bread and cakes. The selection of teas shown to us in the "tea box" was very good. Thoroughly recommended!d
Delivered what we expected.
The food was delicious, the ambience of the restaurance was just right and we had a great time
