Uses stand up paddle boards and sit down ski surfs
Learn the skills from a qualified instructor
Combined techniques of surfing and kayaking
The perfect experience for two water lovers! This stand up paddle boarding experience is the latest aquatic craze. Stand on a board wider than a surfboard and learn the skills necessary to stand up on the board from a qualified instructor. Learn to put skills to the test on both surf skis and stand up paddle boards. SUP is a great sport for strength, balance and core fitness. Start the session at the Hove Lagoon and, as long as conditions allow, move onto open water to catch some East Sussex surf when feeling more confident.
