The Hand at Llanarmon is a charming old inn offering warm, informal hospitality for relaxing escapes for two - in the heart of the glorious Ceiriog Valley, deep in the Welsh countryside. Originally a farm, The Hand stands on the crossroads of two old drovers roads - the ideal place to pen animals and rest up overnight. You'll stay in a small country double or twin room with en suite facilities, TV and a selection of tea and freshly ground coffee with cafetiere. Breakfast for two is included. Llanarmon is a genuinely tranquil place and The Hand is a perfect base for all sorts of outdoor activities. This is wonderful walking country whether you want a gentle stroll or a proper hike - you can walk for miles and not see another soul.
Daily, excluding Christmas, New Year and Valentine's. Book as far in advance as possible (minimum eight weeks recommended). Subject to availability, you'll be offered a complimentary room upgrade when you arrive.
Guests must be aged 18 or over.
This stay is for one night. Check in from 2pm to 7pm. Check out before 11am.
No shorts in the dining room please. Men are asked to wear a shirt at all times in public areas.
Dinner isn't included, but The Hand has an excellent restaurant where AA rosette-winning head chef Grant Mulholland serves superb local produce, freshly prepared with informal flair and generosity. To book a table please call the inn direct in advance.
