Hiver Beer and Honey Tasting for Two
Perfect for two craft beer aficionados, this unique honey beer tasting experience at the Hiver Beers Taproom is guaranteed to leave guests feeling like the bee's knees. Originally inspired by the urban beekeepers of the capital, Hiver beers are leaders in the honey beer market. Unlike some varieties of honey beer, honey is not merely an additive, it is used as a core ingredient and the sugar is fermented out so that only the flavour remains. Begin the session with a lesson in honey beer, where the group delves into the history of the beer and how it is made. Moving on, sample three tasty beers and the raw honey used in each one. Finish off by building a special bug hotel and go home with some seeds to plant for the bees.
