Want to claim a Price Match?

Simply email pricematch@redletterdays.co.uk with details. We need to know the name of the online gift experience retailer and the price of the matched product; contact details of the redletterdays.co.uk purchaser (name, address and contact number); purchase date and price paid. Once verified we'll refund the difference and issue the discount code.

Terms and Conditions

Our Price Match Promise applies to online gift experience retailers who, at the time of the Red Letter Day purchase, hold the same stock with correct pricing and immediate availability.

Our Price Match Promise covers full price experiences up to a maximum of £350 RRP (recommended retail price). Tangible goods, exchanged vouchers, account credit or experiences including promotional offers, coupons or discount codes are excluded.

All claims must be submitted within 28 days of the original redletterdays.co.uk purchase.

Our Price Match Promise is subject to change at any time and available exclusively for purchases made in the UK.

All submitted claims are checked and verified within two working days, subject to full inclusion of the necessary details listed above.

Any refund is extended to the original purchaser via their initial payment method.
