Led by the master brewer, roll up those sleeves and get stuck into the daily duties, helping out with all stages of the beer brewing process from start to finish. Learn how recipes are developed while picking up specialist techniques for home brewing. After all that thirsty work comes the best bit - taste a selection of Hillside's classic ales under the guidance of the master brewer and learn how to appreciate every delicious drop. Alcohol is part of this experience so the minimum age is 18. Participants must be reasonably fit and fully mobile, as the brewery contains a series of steep narrow staircases and some uneven and wet floors.
Starts at 8.45am and finishes around 3.30pm.
