Bermondsey Beer Mile Tasting
Overview
A mecca for craft beer lovers, Bermondsey Beer Mile is a stretch of microbreweries which forms the ultimate bar crawl. Get the most out of it with this tasting tour which includes at least three drinks. Depending on the day, sample an array of intriguing beverages from Anspach and Hobday, Southwark Brewery, UBREW, Bianca Road, Affinity and more. Glean wisdom from the guide, who'll paint a picture of the area's brewing history while also talking through the tastings at each new stop. Bermondsey's breweries closed in the 1970s as a result of the popularity of imported continental lager, but since 2010 production has begun again with aplomb. Relish the pleasure of drinking craft beer in cosy taprooms surrounded by people who share the same passion.
