Brewery Day and Beer Tasting at Brewhouse and Kitchen Highbury, London
Step into the shoes of a brewer for the day at Highbury's Brewhouse and Kitchen, the perfect treat for a hop-headed beer lover. Start with breakfast, then learn about the beer brewing process from the venue's head brewer, before getting stuck in! In the micro-brewery, try mashing in, boiling and adding hops, adding yeast, and more. Sit down to a pub lunch just a few minutes' walk from Arsenal's famous Emirates ground and taste a top selection of Brewhouse's very best beers (each of which has an interesting back story), including the Highbury exclusive Romford Pele beer (named after the legendary Ray Parlour). The day ends with questions and answers, and everyone goes home with a five litre keg of beer to imbibe at home.
