Budding chefs with a seriously sweet tooth are sure to love this French dessert cookery class, which offers the perfect introduction to classic French desserts and basic pastries. After a class instruction, it's time to roll up those sleeves, don an apron and start cooking. Create four sensational French desserts under the watchful eye of the head chef who remains on-hand to offer specialist tips and guidance throughout. Learn how to follow recipes, bake, caramelise, make mousse foam and end up with a sumptuous strawberry mousse, almond twill, strawberry mille-feuille, chocolate fondant and pear tatin (made by the chef). At the end comes the best part - sit down and sample each French dessert with a well-earned glass of wine. Bon appetit!
At least two classes (could be any day of the week) per month throughout the year.
Minimum age is 14 (children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult). This venue is wheelchair-friendly. Please advise of any special dietary requirements at point of booking (vegetarian options can be accommodated).

Share the cookery class with up to seven other keen culinary enthusiasts. Please note, if the minimum numbers for the class are not met, a new date will be arranged direct with the venue.
Please wear comfortable clothes and closed toe shoes. Aprons are provided.
