Courses generally run on a weekly or fortnightly basis, times and days of the week can vary but are published three months in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Those aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements.
Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. The class lasts around three hours including tasting and eating time.
- Dress Code
There is no dress code but casual clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.
