Build the foundation of your growing culinary prowess by learning how to cut, dice, slice and chop at this knife skills masterclass at The Jamie Oliver Cookery School. Kick off the class with a welcome drink before preparing, cleaning and filleting a flat fish from scratch, then learning how to fillet a round fish and tasting it with a simple salsa verde. Moving on, bone a whole chicken and use the cuts to create a chicken saltimbocca dish and sticky chicken teriyaki. Continuing with the Asian theme, put the new slicing and dicing skills into action by making a refreshing vegetable noodle salad to go with the chicken teriyaki. Youll be a master in the kitchen in no time.

Courses generally run on a monthly basis, times and days of the week can vary but are published three months in advance.
- Participant Guidelines
Those aged 16 or over are welcome. Please inform the school at the time of booking of any dietary, allergies or specific medical requirements.
Arrive 10 - 15 minutes early to ensure a prompt start. The class lasts around four and a half hours including tasting and eating time.
- Dress Code
There is no dress code but casual clothing and closed toe shoes are recommended. An apron and all equipment is provided.

Be sure to bring a cool bag along as you'll be taking some of your freshly prepared dishes home with you.
