Youll almost be able to feel the warm Mediterranean breeze on your skin as you cook up a storm on this Spanish food course at The Jamie Oliver Cookery School. Ideal for two budding chefs, the class is led by a top instructor who has been handpicked by Jamie himself and guides participants through how to create three delicious traditional Spanish dishes. Begin by cooking a mouth-watering chicken and prawn paella, before moving on to two hearty tapas dishes- patatas bravas and chorizo in tomato and red wine sauce. Packed with flavour, they're guaranteed to be a big hit at a dinner party. Once the cooking is complete, its time for a siesta! Sit down with the rest of the class and enjoy a Spanish feast together to end the experience on a high.
