Spend a whole day behind the scenes of the Kent and East Sussex Railway with a knowledgeable guide and gain an insight into the workings of this magnificent light railway. Meet at Tenterden for an intro and safety briefing, before visiting the carriage and wagon workshop to see expert craftsman working on vital repair and maintenance projects. Visit many other notable sites with unique access, led by an expert guide during this perfect day out. Enjoy some time at a local railway museum and experience the railway itself with a full 21 mile round trip, taking in many beautiful views along the way. Keep your engine fuelled with a tasty lunch at Tenterden Town Station - also included.

There are no age restrictions but children under 16 must be accompanied by a participating adult. The venue can generally cater for those with disabilities (please quote any specific requirements at point of booking).
