Brewery Day and Beer Tasting at Brewhouse and Kitchen, Bristol
A lover of ale and all things craft beer? Take this opportunity to create your own brew on this fun and informative brewer experience at Bristol's Brewhouse and Kitchen. Start with breakfast, before entering the micro-brewery and meet the resident head brewer for a technical talk on the stages of beer making. Next, get involved and start mashing in, boiling, adding hops, yeast and all the extra ingredients that make up a truly special beer. After all the hard work, sit down to a well-deserved pub lunch with some of the brewhouse's very best beers as accompaniment (such as a Ribena flavour fruit wheat beer, a drink invented in Bristol). End with a Q and A session and receive a five litre keg of excellent beer to take home.
