Overview
Belmond Le Manoir aux Quat'Saisons is the beautiful venue realised by top chef Raymond Blanc who wanted to create the perfect hotel and two Michelin star restaurant. This experience offers a select few the chance to soak up some gourmet brilliance with one of Mr Blanc's expert chefs imparting the skills and techniques of Le Manoir. Learn how to create seasonal and nutritional dishes simply and quickly with little preparation and impressive results. The session includes morning and afternoon tea and an informal lunch in the Raymond Blanc Cookery School with fellow students. As a memento of your day, take home a course certificate and a copy of Foolproof French Cookery signed by Raymond Blanc (please note that Raymond himself will not be present).

- Spend a day learning the skills and techniques taught at Le Manoir

Minimum age 18. - Duration
The class starts at 9am and finishes around 4.30pm. Please arrive at 8.45am to ensure a prompt start. - Numbers on the Day
A maximum of 10 participants share the class. - Dress Code
Wear comfortable trousers, tops and closed in shoes. Each student is provided with a chef's jacket to protect clothing. - Other Info
