Head to the edge of the magnificent Hyde Park and enjoy an indulgent tradition with a vegan twist at the stylish La Suite West - Hyde Park. The boutique hotel which features a minimalistic finish is the brainchild of British designer Anouska Hempel. Dine at the hotel's RAW restaurant and nibble on dainty finger sandwiches filled with delights such as Portobello mushroom with basil pesto, butternut squash with artichoke and truffle and spinach with aubergine and cauliflower mousse. Freshly baked scones are served with coconut cream and strawberries and pastries come in the form of chocolate and coconut cake and mini sesame halva. A cup of tea or coffee, as well as a mocktail each complete this deliciously different spread.
