Based in the beautiful village of Hambleden, recipients of a royal warrant in 2007, the family run Chiltern Valley Winery and Brewery produces a variety of high-quality liqueurs, ales and wines. Enjoy a guided tour of both the brewery and the winery, learn all about the production processes of a their specialty brews and pay a visit to the bottling hall to see final touches being made to the delicious end products. Next, it's time for a tutored tasting session, accompanied by cheese and crackers - sample a selection of specially selected wines, ales and liqueurs under the professional guidance of an in-house expert. After the tour, each participant receives a 10 per cent discount in the cellar shop.
